About This Workshop
In this workshop, you will learn how to:
Ground and connect your energy using a foundational practice of ThetaHealing (and access the deeply healing state of theta brain wave)
Clear, align, and expand your chakra/energy centers
Open, unblock, and activate the throat chakra for healing and self-expression
Use sound frequency (through your own activated voice) to structure water, your energetic field and environment
Use your new knowledge to practice connecting with the frequency of different teas to activate their essence
About Simone
Simone is a spiritual mentor adept in the fields of sound healing, energy work, frequency alignment, ThetaHealing, self-development, and various forms of movement. She is gifted with intuitive abilities such as clairvoyance, which she uses to help her clients grow and evolve, and activate their own abilities and gifts.
Simone is currently traveling the world and teaches and meets 1:1 with clients online. She occasionally holds workshops and retreats to help others who wish to evolve spiritually and acquire the tools to heal and lead themselves in their spiritual journey.

4-5pm — Activating the Voice. Playing with Frequency. Structuring water using sound frequency. Tea ceremony.
